Dealing with stress - Stress management for international students

Stress or anxiety can affect us in many ways in our daily life. It can sometimes be very challenging or overwhelming so that it might be helpful to connect with others. During 5 sessions especially for international students, we’ll talk about the following topics:
- What exactly is stress and how do I notice that I’m stressed?
- How can I deal with negative thoughts?
- What do I need in order to recover and how do I create stability?
- How can I get along with anxiety?
- How can I deal with loneliness and how can I find people I want to surround myself with?
This course is based on theoretical input, practical exercises and – most importantly – the chance to get in touch with other international students who share similar issues. You’ll have time to exchange personal experiences and benefit from different point of views.
